French inspired cusine, headed in the right direction, need to progress a tad more to get to perfection.

Ontem foi a minha segunda vez no restaurante provando o menu mensal do tour de france e só tenho elogios. O atendimento é ótimo, super ágeis e a comida impecável. Recomendo muito.

Entrada: sabores bem suaves. O folhado estava super crocante e aerado. Combinou com o sabor umami dos cogumelos sem deixar pesado. Arroz com camarões: a cebola crocante estava muito boa, super bem temperada, o camarão também. Já o arroz estava com um gosto muito forte, não era ruim, só era bem forte. Acabou sobressaindo os outros elementos, ainda assim, um bom prato. Prato de cordeiro: muito saboroso e muito bem servido. O aligot estava com um gosto suave e bom, estava combinando muito bem com tudo, especialmente o molho do cordeiro. O cuscuz veio trazer uma textura diferente, o que combinou muito também. Não tiraria nada, mas se pudesse adicionar um crocante eu adicionaria. O tuille de chocolate era MUITO chocolatudo, não sei descrever melhor, mas todas as texturas e sabores eram de chocolate, e eu gosto de chocolate, só acho que pra fechar a noite foi algo muito forte e por isso não gostei tanto do quanto esperava. Profiteroles: no começo achei a combinação meio doce, mas a medida que fui comendo percebi que o teor doce estava vindo mais do toffee do que do resto. Creme brûlée muito bom. Atendimento bom, não sou de tomar vinho mas sugeriram um rose que eu adorei, e levamos a garrafa de lembrança. Possui estacionamento ao lado.

This is the best restaurant in the city. I always spend my special occasions here!! Great place to take out guests or anyone you really want to impress!! Moules frites Steak tartare Steak au poivre Excellent wine Kind service Oh, and creme brûlée!!
